Preferred qualifications: • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.). • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud security solutions. • Understanding of channel sales models and compensation structures specifically tailored to MSSPs. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where security needs and technology evolve rapidly. • Excellent presentation and executive communication skills. As the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) Program Lead, in alignment with the Security Go-To-Marke team, you will influence and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for Managed Security Service Provider partners. You will drive the development of innovative MSSP programs and build relationships with C-level executives at leading MSSPs. Your work will optimize programs, incentives, and joint successes that accelerate the security capabilities of our partners and ensure maximum customer protection. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Understand MSSP business models, service offerings, and the unique challenges they face within the cybersecurity landscape. • Create, implement, and continuously improve partner programs designed explicitly for MSSPs – aligning with their operational models, service delivery methods, and desired customer outcomes. • Define business targets, success metrics (KPIs), and collaborate to identify MSSP partners based on market presence, technical capabilities, and growth potential. • Communicate the enhanced security posture and differentiated value proposition that Google Cloud solutions bring to MSSP offerings and, ultimately, end customers. • Work closely with MSSPs and internal teams to develop and showcase wins.
