Job Title: Mobile Developer
6-month contract
T4 rate: CAD 38/hour

Your new company
Our client, a multinational information technology services and consulting company is looking to onboard a Mobile Developer. This is a contract role for 6 months in Toronto, ON.
Your new role and requirements
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mobile application development
• Must have 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with React Native development to deliver cross-platform mobile native apps with IOS & Android
• Experience in developing reusable components for mobile native development using ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, HTML and CSS along with a strong knowledge of React-redux
• Experience with native app platform capabilities and APIs
• Experience with mobile-oriented DevOps Pipelines
• Good work ethic, self-starter, and results oriented
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
• Exposure to iOS (Swift, Objective C) OR Android (Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, Java, Kotlin)
• Familiar with CI/CD build pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitHub Merging and Branching
• Must have 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with React Native development to deliver cross-platform mobile native apps with IOS & Android
• Experience in developing reusable components for mobile native development using ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, HTML and CSS along with a strong knowledge of React-redux
• Experience with native app platform capabilities and APIs
