Product Management, Vice President, Onsite

Globallink Synergy (Currenex) is seeking a Product Manager to be part of a high performing team to execute the vision, strategy, creation, and advocacy of the Globallink Synergy (Currenex) offering.
In this role, you will be responsible to execute the roadmap, user research, and product growth. You will work jointly with the product, engineering, and product delivery teams to build and deliver the best possible experiences and value to customers within the overall GlobalLink franchise and external client systems through the Globallink Synergy (Currenex) platform.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for
As a Product Manager you will
• Accept ownership and accountability for product management and development, specification writing and business analysis efforts for GlobalLink’s high frequency FX and multi-asset trading technology and white label capabilities.
• Design and implement new product functionality across the GlobalLink Synergy product set.
• Contribute to ensuring initiatives are executed across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure individual features and products are aligned with business objectives.
• Lead client workshops to collect and understand customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Manage and build out product specifications.
• Prioritize, communicate, and support complex and conflicting opportunities and market needs.
• Engage with cross-functional heads to ensure alignment and orientation to product execution across the organization.
• Be knowledgeable on the product roadmap communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with product teams to ensure timely and complete requirements gathering, definition, deconstruction, and design.
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
• Minimum of 8+ years combined experience in a software product leadership role (SaaS preferred)
• Strong domain experience in low latency trading technology (hedge funds, banks, quantitative trading firms, asset managers)
• Understanding of the hedge fund / bank/ quantitative trading investment lifecycle
• Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization
• Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent business acumen, passion about high frequency trading technology and product advocacy at all levels.
• Highly driven, determined & business oriented.
• Polished executive presence and sophistication to gain credibility with the firm's senior professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Additional requirements
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements (-20%), including internationally

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 Annual
