Summary
You will be an integral part of the software verification team responsible for developing, integrating, and executing software verification across multiple LRUs on new carrier vehicles and spaceships. You must have extensive experience verifying safety critical avionics software utilizing automated test frameworks. In addition, you must have extensive experience writing unit tests for C++ software.
• Design and write unit tests for avionics software written in C++.
• Design and document verification strategy and steps for verifying software requirements.
• Translate verification steps into automated scripts to run on automated test bench.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in designing, verifying, and validating a complex hardware/software system.
Required Skills And Experience
• Bachelors’ Degree in an Engineering field from an accredited university required.
• Minimum 2 to 5 Aerospace experience required.
• C++ experience required.
• Experience with requirements-based software testing, including the ability to develop requirements-based test cases at the unit and system level.
• Experience with GoogleTest or similar unit testing tools for testing C++ code.
• Experience developing a regression testing framework.
