• Responsible for supporting the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of aircraft systems and equipment during flight- and field-testing operations.
• The role involves working collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of testing procedures, identifying technical issues, and contributing to the overall safety and performance of aircraft systems.
• Assemble various opto-electronic test-bench setups and perform testing of related UUT (Unit under Test) devices.
• Ensure that all instrumentation and measurement devices are properly calibrated and functional.
• Inspect PCB Electronic Assemblies for defects; solder quality, parts alignment, missing parts, visual damage, etc.
Testing and Monitoring:
• Participate in flight and ground-based testing of aircraft systems, components, and avionics.
• Monitor real-time data and measurements during testing, identifying anomalies or irregularities.
• Test electronic circuit boards with appropriate testing devices to ensure optimal efficiency, functionality, and that performance are in accordance with requirements.
• Determine material and equipment needs and order supplies.
• Apply knowledge of opto-electronic field to support the Engineering team to successfully achieve qualified products
