• Develop, implement, and maintain qualityassurance protocols and measures for the software developmentprocess.
• Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to understand product objectives and developtesting strategies that align with these goals.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and proceduresfor both the mobile app and web platform.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and other defects, andwork with the development team to resolve them.
• Monitor and evaluate testing results, track software defects, andensure they are resolved in a timely and efficientmanner.
