As an Analyst in our Personalised Interactions Design and Delivery team, you’ll build targeting and execute campaigns, so we communicate the right messages to our customers at the right time.
You will be part of a team working closely with colleagues who design our 1-2-1 targeted communications and who operate our core processes. We think every communication and interaction presents a unique opportunity to bring to life our brand promises allowing us to demonstrate our point of difference. This might be focusing on short term campaign activity or how we deliver more longer-term brand building and emotional engagement with our customers, staying relevant at all stages of their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working in a lively, supportive team that has accountability for the design and delivery of 1-2-1 marketing communications that deliver against our Society KPIs.
You will use your logical approach to build brilliant, personalised communications and experiences across all channels, in accordance with our risks and controls framework. This is a busy, interesting, and fast-paced role.
About You
We’re looking for somebody with;
• Experience of a campaign selection tool such as Unica or Adobe Campaign or experience with logical formulas such as more advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience of working with data and databases, ideally knowing a coding language such as SQL.
• A good communicator and influencer with the ability to support complex campaign builds and realise opportunities to drive further improvements into the team.
