The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows environments. In addition to general system administration duties, the candidate should possess expertise in Microsoft M365, managing security solutions such as Trend Micro Vision One and Manage Engine Endpoint Central, as well as experience with Veeam backup software. Responsibilities: 1. Microsoft Windows Based Network Management: · Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Windows servers and desktops within a network environment. · Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems. 2. Microsoft M365 Administration: · Manage and administer Microsoft M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. · Implement and maintain M365 security features and compliance settings. 3. Active Directory and Group Policy: · Manage and maintain Active Directory services. · Implement and enforce Group Policies for security and compliance. 4. Security Solutions: · Configure, monitor, and manage Trend Micro Vision One for comprehensive threat detection and response. · Administer Manage Engine Endpoint Central for endpoint protection and security policy enforcement. 5. Backup and Disaster Recovery: · Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans. · Utilize Veeam backup software for efficient and reliable data backup and recovery. · Perform regular backups and conduct recovery tests. 6. Monitoring and Performance Tuning: · Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the optimal performance of Windows servers. · Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. 7. Documentation: · Maintain up-to-date documentation for all system-related configurations and procedures. 8. Collaboration and Communication: · Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of systems. · Provide timely and effective communication regarding system updates and issues. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Microsoft Windows Based Networks. 2. Proven expertise in Microsoft M365 administration. SharePoint expertise an asset. 3. Proven expertise in managing security solutions, specifically Trend Micro Vision One and Manage Engine Endpoint Central. 4. Experience with Veeam backup software for data backup and recovery. 5. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server operating systems. 6. Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning. 7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 8. Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes. 9. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 10. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Security+, Trend Micro, Manage Engine, or Veeam certifications are a plus.
