Futureheads have partnered with a boutique agency that have a very strong footprint within the ecommerce retail space. They pride themselves on working with the best clients in that space boasting a book of work that demonstrates world class digital products and services.
They are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer who has has and wants to be client facing and leading a team of developers. This business have adopted dual track agile sprints where partnering with their clients to unpack their ideas in a discovery but then rapidly move through the early stages of the design shaping the ideation and scope of the build.
The agency projects can be quick rotations of ensuring the clients site is performing to the best of its abilities through to large design and build of new sites entering into new markets or territories. The work is varied, its fast paced and its using the latest tech stack and tools where possible.
What do they need:
• Best in class front end developer possessing JavaScript frameworks
• Managed or mentored FED teams - you will be 90% hands off but deep in code reviews etc
• Experience of delivering headless ecommerce platforms
• Client facing role either in agency or consulting - partnering and leading throughout the build
• Extensive agile experience - Dual-Track is what they are adopting
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments
• Collaborative approach working with product, design and marketing throughout the build
