Our client is a global biotechnology company that specializes in innovative healthcare solutions with a strong focus on R&D and is committed to improving human health and well-being through the development and commercialization of advanced pharmaceutical and healthcare products. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Product Manager to join their marketing team.
Job Description
• In charge of developing marketing strategies and brand campaigns for the designated product portfolio across multiple channels.
• Assist in the management of new product planning, development, and launch.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as Sales, Digital team, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and agencies to drive campaigns and promotions, aiming at gaining user acquisition.
• Create marketing materials both offline and online, including but not limited to in-store POSM, consumer events, banners, social media content, digital content.
• Monitor sales performance, competitive activities, and category trends, providing insights and regular reports for management review.
• Oversee and control A&P budget.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in brand management and project management in FMCG/Healthcare or Retail Industry.
Experience in digital marketing and CRM is highly preferred.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
