The company are now looking for a Lead QA engineer to spear head the design and development of a robust full-stack automation suite in C#/JS.
Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of all automated testing efforts, ensuring the reliability and scalability software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and will help instill a "Test first" and "Quality as practice" approach within the engineering function.
• Lead the design and execution of automated test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage using JavaScript and Cypress.
• Establish and maintain QA standards, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test plans and strategies
• Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in product quality and testing processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members on automation best practices and techniques.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a QA Lead, with a focus on test automation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress or similar test automation frameworks.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test suites for web applications.
