Key Responsibilities
• Deliver desk side and remote IT support, resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure the security of all IT systems and manage system integrity.
• Implement and assist with IT solutions to support business objectives.
• Promote and maximise system utilisation, providing training as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all systems and manage software licensing.
• Perform system monitoring and network cabling adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.

The Ideal Candidate
• Has proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support roles.
• Possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Is adept at hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
This role requires a flexible approach, as it encompasses weekend and bank holiday working, in addition to participation in an on-call rota system. Awareness and adherence to Health & Safety practices, especially regarding technical installations and daily operations, are paramount.
