Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Lead Solutions Architect (LSA), Life and Annuities In deal pursuits, the LSA will lead a cross-functional deal team, as well as personally contribute to the understanding of business and technology problems, define a solution and be accountable to draw out the most appropriate response to the client’s ask that maximizes the value for the client and Genpact. Responsibilities • Lead solution building efforts involving understanding client situations & challenges, articulating our solution value proposition across Digital Operations, Technology-driven process improvement, and Data-driven insights. • Create the optimal location strategy, integrated TPA operating model, and transformative process vision for the client • Work with relevant teams to build a compelling commercial model for proposed solutions • Work closely with the Sales teams to identify potential outsourcing opportunities and create value-based winning solutions. • The role requires the ability to work across functions, partner ecosystems, and the client organization • Present Genpact’s point of view to the problem at hand, create and lead executive presentations, conducting workshops . • Lead cross-functional teams in responding to RFPs and creating proactive proposals for operations outsourcing and transformation deals Qualifications This is a senior leadership role in our Insurance business, that requires the ability to constantly switch between tactical and strategic lenses. Minimum Qualifications • Solid foundational knowledge of Insurance, specifically US Life, Annuities, Group Insurance, and Retirement space • Experience having led projects with cross-functional teams that did not have a direct reporting relationship with the candidate. • Prior experience with TPA/BPO solutioning and global location strategies • Proven understanding of L&A technologies, including e-applications, automated underwriting, workflow, case management, policy administration, billing, and claims systems. • Depth in client buyer trends, emerging technology Insurtech options, and understanding of C-suite decision drivers • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise- transformation initiatives, especially in Life, Annuities, Group, and Retirement operations . • Must have in-depth knowledge of global operating models in the industry • Extremely strong business and financial acumen to create and understand business cases and commercial value proposition creation. • Be aware of the general regulations around Life and Annuity insurance business. • Must have good leadership, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. • Extremely strong executive presence, interest and curiosity to explore developments in the market by engaging with internal teams, external experts. • Ability to drive change both internally and with clients • Problem solver, creative thinker • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills Preferred Qualifications • A stint as a consultant/advisor delivering projects from a client site is preferred • Prior experience with GBS or Shared Services organizations • Prior experience managing P&L • Prior experience in appearing in public – blogs, articles, webinars, videos, panels The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
