Position: Research Assistant in the Division of Arts andHumanities
This is a remote position. Our Client is aSilicon Valley-based VC-funded (seed funding) startup that isrevolutionizing the Dev Ops and SRE automation space with Al. Their
GPT-3-driven platform empowers Dev Ops and SRE engineers to documentand automate routine tasks, saving them valuable time andincreasing efficiency. With a growing customer base, including
Fortune 500 companies, and partnerships with leading servicescompanies, they are well-positioned for success. And we are lookingfor a "Founding Engineer" togrow their engineering team. Looking to hire a founding engineer who has aminimum of 10 years work experience in theindustry with respect to the skills mentioned below. As a foundingengineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a top-notchfounding team on a cutting-edge product and help shape itsdevelopment.
You will have a high degree of freedom and autonomy toexercise your creativity and make a meaningful impact on theproduct and the company. As a founding engineer, you will begin as anindividual contributor but will have the opportunity to step into aleadership role and build a team. This is a remoterole, while you may need to build a team abroad andmay need to travel.
If you have experience building and managingteams, that's a plus, but if not, they will provide the trainingand support you need to develop those skills. Youwill;
- Inherit the web applicationcode and re-architect it for robustness and security - Establish aDevOps process for application development - Interact with customers anditerate on their feedback to improve the product - Hire and managea team of developers (US & India)
Requirements We are seeking an experienced engineer with astrong background in SaaS product development and a deepunderstanding of systems design and Dev Ops practices. Candidatesshould have experience with the following:
