Quality Assurance Leadership
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC implementation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in data management and system integration.
Data Quality Management
• Oversee the validation and verification of data migration and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues and implement corrective measures.
• Sign-off on data quality, confirming it meets the requisite standards for project progression.
• Technical Infrastructure Oversight:
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the technical infrastructure is adequately prepared and optimized for SAP implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
Documentation And Compliance
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all aspects of the project, including data management processes, validation checks, and technical configurations.
• Confirm compliance with internal and external audit requirements and data governance policies.
Project Management Support
• Assist in project replanning efforts, ensuring timelines and resources are effectively aligned.
• Participate in project meetings, providing expert insights and status updates on quality assurance aspects.
Go-Live Preparation
• Act as a key member of the go-live sign-off team, ensuring all quality and technical prerequisites are fully met.
• Coordinate final checks and validations before system go-live.
Testing And Validation
• Design and execute test plans and cases for SAP S/4HANA, BPC, and infrastructure components.
• Oversee the validation of data migration, system configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough system testing
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing data quality and technical assurance in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, ETL processes, and system integration.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accountancy Qualification or equivalent
