Job Description:
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. This is a remote, part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat communications.
2. Providing information on products and services offered by the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
3. Assisting customers with account inquiries, login issues, and technical support.
4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2 Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information through web chat.
3. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer concerns and resolve issues.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
5. Proficient in using web chat software and other online communication tools.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
