Responsibilities:
• Assessing Marketing Campaign Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and present results to management for review.
• Behavioral Analysis: Analyze members’ transactional data and compare it with industry data to provide insightful reviews.
• Business Impact Analysis : Conduct analyses and data modeling to support business decision-making on Membership policy reviews, focusing on factors such as size, utilization, and revenue impact.
• Advocacy and Support : Promote best data practices, tools, and platforms and assist in their implementation.
• Support new CRM system projects by maintaining analytic data marts and meeting requirements for marketing campaign modules.
• Strategic Analyses: Conduct various analyses, including statistical modeling and internal data analysis, to monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and product/channel performance.
Requirements:
• A university degree with project management experience, ideally with market research and/or data analysis management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork ethic.
