The role is a harmonious blend of creativity and technical prowess, aimed at delivering architectural projects that are both aesthetically groundbreaking and technically sound. You will be tasked with analyzing project briefs, planning and executing design work, cooperating with external design teams, addressing technical and design queries, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities include analyzing project briefs, producing work within chosen design packages, conducting relevant research and sourcing, and effectively communicating with both colleagues and third parties. You'll also contribute to the preparation of lists, schedules, and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and presenting your and your team's concept designs in innovative ways.
The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and Rhino (BIM delivery expertise is preferred), outstanding communication skills, and the confidence to lead CD, SD, & DD package delivery. Previous international firm experience and a solid grasp of materials and finishes are critical.
