Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a prompt and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
3. Be responsible for effectively managing multiple web chat conversations simultaneously.
4. Identify and escalate complex issues or situations to the appropriate team members for resolution.
5. Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
6. Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
7. Update and maintain customer records with accurate and detailed information.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Provide regular reports on chat volume, customer feedback, and trends to management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably with web chat experience.
2. Proven ability to effectively communication via web chat, with exceptional written communication skills.
3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and dedicated to resolving customer issues.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and make decisions independently.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
7. Proficient in using chat applications and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
8. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Self-motivated and adaptable to changes in customer demands and company procedures.
10. Experience with utilities or related industries is a plus.
