Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat department.
2. Supervise and provide guidance to web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service.
3. Monitor and review web chat conversations to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance web chat efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues that arise through web chat.
6. Analyze web chat data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations for web chat agents and provide constructive feedback for their development.
8. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of the web chat platform.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
10. Assist in recruiting and training new web chat agents.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience as a web chat manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in computer applications and web chat software.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
