Job Scope
• Handling of Account Opening for various Products & from various channels (online, mail-in / ad-hoc request)
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately.
• Review and reply customer's email replies/responds related to account opening matters
• Participate in providing ideas/initiatives in team huddle or forums like digitization and automation improvements
• Assist Team Leader with ad-hoc projects
• Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• Nitec/Diploma
• Good Communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
