Position: Lead Golang Developer

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of services, scaffolding, and test harnesses,
primarily utilizing Golang.
• Collaborate closely with the team to architect and implement high-quality, scalable
software solutions.
• Assist in managing development and testing environments as required, leveraging
basic DevOps skills.
• Create unit and integration tests to validate the functionality, performance, and
reliability of the developed software.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best
practices.
• Drive innovation and maintain high standards of software craftsmanship throughout
the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Software Development role, with a focus on
leadership responsibilities.
• Significant expertise in Golang programming, demonstrating proficiency in designing
and coding services.
• Basic DevOps skills for managing development and testing environments.
• Proven ability to create test harnesses, unit tests, and integration tests for software
validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect and implement scalable
software solutions.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of
collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with
cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
