Urgent Hire: Digital Banking Support Manager (Hyrbid) Description Monitors staff in daily tasks, operations, risk management and quality control; ensures the organization of assigned areas for their team coordinating available resources (e.g., staff, materials, etc.) for maximum results. Stays abreast of industry trends in Treasury Management products and pricing, making recommendations for upgrades or improvements as necessary Develops and maintains business relationships with clients to deepen relationship with the Bank. Assists and trains staff on departmental procedures and policies. Provides guidance on complex or escalated issues. Collaborates with internal resources when conducting the investigation, disposition and resolution of all issues related to, disputes, and/or online activity.
