At Stomble we're an exciting startup looking for a highly experienced designer to join our team. We are a small startup bootstrapping our way forward with a group of eager engineers and designers already with a high level of skill but the drive to push ourselves forward.
Stomble is creating, developing and building infrastructure that will eventually support Solo entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses within Australia and eventually have a global reach. Our mission and vision is to empower businesses to operate without boundaries, limitations and restrictions.
We're looking for a highly skilled designer or lead, who is willing to join and/or help a small scrappy startup, who has experienced everything that we are going through, going to face and potential upcoming pitfalls. Our goal is to be a world class company, with world class knowledge and the ability to tackle all problems head-on.

This role is perfect for someone who is and has:
• A real instinct to work closely with customers and listen intently.
• Understands how to setup a design infrastructure from scratch to be organized.
• Enjoys collaborating closely with engineers to ensure the best results.
• Can clearly articulate their vision, goals and mission.
• Clear reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
• Understanding of how products will evolve and lifecycle evolution.
The successful person will have:
• Experience working with clients and understanding their issues and concerns.
• Experience working with a previous startup.
• Strategic thinking on how user-centered design fits into the larger picture.
• Knowledge at defining a customer clearly and accurately.
The successful candidates will have experience in:
• Have extensive experience using, designing and organizing projects on Figma.
• Delivering on timelines and deadlines.
• Understanding user's desires and needs.
• Designing for different platforms and devices whilst creating responsive and adaptive designs.
Limitations of the position:
• This role is unpaid.
• Position is fully remote.
