We are currently hiring for Senior Director for Cloud and Infrastructure Services Business unit
You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for Enterprise Digital Transformation business, predominantly driven by cloud migration, cloud adoption, and Infrastructure solutions in North America.
• The focus is on selling cloud services, covering cloud migration, cloud onboarding, and cloud security.
• The ideal candidate for this role should be well-versed in next-gen technologies, and should have played transformative role in shaping the future encompassing Product Engineering, Cloud, Mobility, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to customer success.
• You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with senior customer executives.
• Execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies
• Manage the end-to-end sales process ,Work in close collaboration with Solutions & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
• Provide leadership to customers during engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
The Ideal profile for this role would have :
• At least 10-15 +years of experience with Cloud and Infrastructure services, consulting and ADM services.
• Proven track record of success in selling professional services.
• Good understanding of P&L management .
• Must have Cloud and IT Infrastructure managed services experience with global delivery model (offshore, onsite and near shore).
• In-depth understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure Services offerings, technologies, trends and strategies across multiple technology towers.
• Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management;
• Understanding of customer decision making criteria and process, interaction with TPA firms.
• Strong analytical and negotiations skills.
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious, focused, detail-oriented, organized, capable of managing complex situations
