Product Manager - Digital Asset / Equity Derivatives Prime Brokerage
Your Key Responsibilities
• Fixed Income/ Equity Derivatives in product management of Prime Brokerage Solutions.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Providing product/ business requirements to delivery teams to allow the construction of new, and update of existing, securities services products.
• Pro-active risk and issue management, identifying critical risks or issues, ensuring mitigation actions in conjunction with the assigned head of Prime Brokerage.
• Accountability for the content and delivery of the product roadmap.
• Ensuring change control processes are in place and followed by all delivery partners.
Your Skills and Experience
• A detailed understanding of Trading / Prime Brokerage in Asia.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and senior management.
• An in-depth knowledge of project planning concepts.
• Ability to analyze product risks and issues, highlighting critical and high issues requiring immediate attention.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience of interacting widely through digital asset organization.
