Responsibilities
Blockchain Development:
● Lead the development and maintenance of our blockchain infrastructure based on Cosmos, utilizing languages such as C++ and Golang.
● Implement and optimize smart contracts, protocols, and consensus algorithms to enhance the performance and security of the blockchain.
DevOps:
● Manage and optimize the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery of blockchain updates.
● Implement and maintain DevOps best practices to enhance the efficiency of the development workflow.
Integration and Partnerships:
● Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate solutions seamlessly into our blockchain ecosystem.
● Work closely with the business development team to identify and implement strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
● Engage with other departments to understand their requirements and contribute to the development of solutions that align with the company's goals.
● Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the organization.
Web3 DeFi Experience:
● Leverage your expertise in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) to contribute to the development and enhancement of decentralized applications within our ecosystem.
● Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain and DeFi space.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience with op-stack, layer 2 and hands-on experience with at least one chain on mainnet.
● Proven experience in blockchain development with a focus on Cosmos, C++, Golang.
● Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
● Experience in DevOps practices for blockchain deployment and management.
● Previous involvement in Web3 and decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
