Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per annum

Join our vibrant Design team and help us craft pixel-perfect, user-friendly experiences across diverse digital platforms. You'll work alongside talented senior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaving your mark on everything from marketing materials to cutting-edge apps.
Here's what you'll do:
• Graphic Design Ninja:
• Slay dragons of blandness with stunning visuals for marketing materials, presentations, and more.
• Level up social media content, email campaigns, and digital assets with your design awesomeness.
• UI/UX Champion:
• Partner with senior designers and product warriors to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and mobile apps.
• Design with users in mind, prioritizing usability and achieving project goals.
• Brainstorm and contribute to creating intuitive user experiences that delight everyone.
• Design Sidekick:
• Be our guardian of consistency by helping maintain design guidelines across projects.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring design trends, tools, and best practices. Share your creative insights!
Ready to join the adventure? We're looking for someone who:
• Holds a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a close relative.
• Showcases their talent with a portfolio bursting with design awesomeness (graphic AND UI/UX projects, please!).
• Wields Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (the usual suspects: Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), or similar design tools like a pro.
• Has a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and a thirst for knowledge and growth.
• Communicates design concepts with clarity and pizazz.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment, welcomes feedback, and iterates like a champ.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail, stays organized, and can confidently present designs to stakeholders.
Bonus points if you:
• Speak the language of HTML/CSS and understand responsive design.
