This position is responsible for the installation, configuration and integration of the Smile CDR platform into various customer environments and providing solutions to all the various use cases.
Responsibilities
1. Build and deploy code for Smile CDR and associated services. Develop build scripts and infrastructure as code for various teams.
2. Maintain build and deployment pipelines to ensure quality delivery of software and infrastructure.
3. Collaborate with development, security operations and engineering teams to deliver products.
4. Foster DevOps culture and champion an Everything as Code approach.
5. Investigate and resolve any customer integration issues that arise during implementation.
6. Document best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
7. Establish technical relationships with our development teams.
8. Design, implement and maintain a secure and scalable infrastructure templates and deployment pipelines.
9. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of internal tools infrastructure and improve system health and reliability.
10. Maintain thorough documentation on the development pipeline.
11. Assist developers and engineers with deployments and builds as needed.
12. Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
13. Hold all confidential information in trust and strict confidence and ensure that it shall be used only for the purposes required to fulfill employment obligations, and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party.
