Position Description:
Flow is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep engineering technical experience with SaaS, AI, ML, cloud platforms, software engineering. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in assuming the position of overall technical engineering leadership and managment of Flow.
Responsibilities:
Technical Engineering Leadership:
• Lead the overall technical engineering direction of the company, the tech stack and infrastructure, integrating different engineering teams together, and aligning it with the overall business vision.
• Oversee the engineering, implementation, and deployment of AI-driven platforms, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient technology platforms.
AI and Machine Learning:
• Utilize your expertise in AI and ML to drive the engineering and enhancement of AI-powered capabilities and solutions.
• Be an expert the latest advancements in AI and ML and integrate them into our products to maintain a competitive edge.
Software Engineering:
• Provide hands-on technical engineering leadership to all engineering teams, guiding and mentoring them to deliver exceptional AI products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product engineering, implementation, and deployment initiatives.
Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the formulation of short-term and long-term technical strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for market advantage and business expansion.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience:
• 5+ years of proven experience in a technical engineering leadership role within the SaaS industry, particularly in AI and ML, Deployment with Cloud Computing Platforms, and DevOps.
• Strong background in software engineering with a history of successful project deployment and launches.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence
Expertise:
• 5+ years of experience with complex AI models, novel AI modeling, AI training, AI deployment, machine learning algorithms, Classification, Regression, Neural Networks, NLP, LLM/Chatbots, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Vultr).
• 5+ years of expertise in programming languages such as Python, Django, Django Template Language, and the Django REST Framework.
• Expertise with TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, Sci-Kit Learn, Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Electron, PostgresSQL, AWS, Agile/DevOps

• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure, deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.
