Job Description:
The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of IT projects. They will assist in project planning, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The IT Project Coordinator will also facilitate communication among project stakeholders and support the project team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Assist in project planning and scheduling, including resource allocation and timeline development.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Support the project team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining project files and documentation.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating them as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software
