This position offers to work on a substantial project within the further education sector, managing it meticulously from stage 3 right through to fruition. The successful Architect will enjoy a prominent role within the team, offering direct reports to the Director and taking on comprehensive project responsibilities encompassing client communications and site visits.
Candidate Essentials:
• ARB-certified Architect boasting a robust 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Mastery of AutoCAD and/or Revit is non-negotiable for this role.
• A history of direct involvement and triumph in all RIBA stages of project development.
• Outstanding ability to articulate ideas and engage with team members and clients alike.
