As the key driver of customer engagement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. Your responsibilities include planning, controlling, and overseeing customer projects, managing corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts, and ensuring business and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage corporate, customer, and third-party vendor collaboration to plan, sell, and implement effective solutions for customer issues.
• Take charge of project financials, including profit and loss (P&L), and consistently meet or exceed approved budgets.
• Provide accurate and reliable financial forecasts to the management team.
• Drive business development by identifying and cultivating new opportunities within current projects.
• Support qualification and opportunity assessment for smaller, straightforward opportunities.
• Act as an opportunity manager for low-risk deals.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, overseeing first-level to mid-level client delivery relationships.
• Regularly present the organization to external customers and clients.
• Lead and manage the project team, overseeing internal and external resources with a team size of fewer than 7 people.
• Encourage skill development among project team members and provide constructive performance feedback.
Requirements:
• Hold a first-level university degree.
• Possess experience in project management or similar roles/businesses.
• Demonstrate a basic knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies relevant to project management.
• Understand various project management methods.
• Actively participate in the company's Project Management Professions community.
• Be on a development plan geared towards acquiring higher-level project management skills
