Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Technical Sales Officer (software). The Technical Sales Officer will be responsible for selling software solutions and services to new and existing clients, identifying customer needs, providing technical guidance to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales preferably in the banking and financial industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of software and technology, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and also work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed
