Seely and Durland Insurance is an insurance agency looking for a motivated Account Executive to develop leads, solicit, consult, and bind coverage to help businesses and individuals manage their unique insurance needs.
Responsibilities
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure policy issuance
• Establish a long term customer relationship
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service and listening skills
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail and follow up oriented
• Property & Casualty License – must be obtained
• Clean driving record, or minimal, minor activity
• Some Sales experience preferred. Insurance experience not required
• Technology Savvy of course!
