• Having Test Lead experience with Service Now application.
• Should know how to build test scenarios, test plans and test cases from scratch & can bring in best practices to build a database of test-cases to the table.
• Should have lead automation team of 5 to 8 automation testers in guiding/directing/assigning work and supporting them in ensuring outcome as per plan.
• Develop and produce DSR and WSR .
• Good Reporting and communication skills
