Compensation and Benefits: Our top-performing Advocate Agents can earn an average of $60,000 to $75,000 in their first year, with unlimited earning potential. We offer a competitive salary range from $44,632 to $154,153, based on performance and location. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k).
