Responsibilities *
• - Conduct audit, maintenance and manage relevant ISO
9001 QMS in the company.
- Production instrument calibration.
- Work with relevant departments to resolve quality issues with customers, internal and suppliers.
- Provide internal support, ensure target achievement, report the issue to the Production and Technical team, and provide satisfying solutions to customers.
- Take necessary corrective/preventive action to improve product quality.
- Understanding of quality standards and requirements.
- Develop new techniques for product quality control and monitoring as well as establish in-house moulding technique
- Prepare monthly report

• - Minimum degree/Diploma in Quality/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Automotive and plastic manufacturing with QA experience will be an advantage.
- Proficient in ISO
9001 and also familiar with a relevant quality tool
- Possess leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Creativity and patience, a proactive approach with the confidence to make decisions.
- A keen learner with analytical skills as well as good communication skills.
