Job Description
• Minimum 6+ industry experience in enterprise level AI model development and deployment exposure
• Should have sound knowledge in time series data and statistical data analysis. Hands on experience in large Data set Pre-processing, data cleansing techniques for unstructured data, data pr-processing, and data ingestion.
• Deep knowledge and hands on implementation exposure in feature engineering techniques to comprehend expected model outcome, aligning to a given domain led business outcome.
• Experience in Deep learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Text Classification & Topic Modelling.
• Sound knowledge on transformer architecture, having one of the language model application exposures is a must: Vector DB, Word2Vec, BERT, ColBERT, spaCy, GPT etc, with semi-supervised model building experience.
• Sound knowledge of LLM model tuning and conceptual level understanding of how last layer training with self-attention and other hidden layers that are required for LLM model re-training.
• MLOps, with enterprise scale AI model management, deployment exposure and existing model retrain exposure is an added advantage.
• Development experience in any of the language Python, and/or R for data pre-processing, model pipeline build and data visualization
• Good understanding on Data Visualization tools and dashboard creation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity of different data source ingestion & management SQL, NoSQL DB, and streaming data
