Responsibilities / Job Description1 Food Safety ConsultancyAudit, Consultative Services, Documentation Review Conduct Food Safety & Quality management audits and provide consultative services. Review and assess documentation related to Food Safety & Quality Management Systems. Interpretation of laboratory test results (when required)2 Project ManagementProject Execution, Compliance, Communication Act as Project Manager ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and timeframes. Execute projects according to legal, corporate, and customer requirements while adhering to best practices. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and line managers for effective project implementation.3 Client Relations & ServicesPayment Collection, Documentation, Customer Communication Facilitate project payment collection in accordance with contracts. Maintain project documentation and establish a database for reference. Ensure smooth communication with clients regarding findings, recommendations, and additional requirements. Coordination and managing laboratories and sub-contractors, when required.4 Training & DevelopmentTraining Delivery, Material Development Deliver Food Safety & Quality management training in line with Diversey Consulting protocols. Develop and customize training materials for specific Food Safety sectors, suggest enhancements to existing materials.5 Business DevelopmentCustomer Identification, Marketing, Meetings Identify potential Food Safety clients and new business opportunities. Arrange meetings with potential clients, cross-sell services, contribute to marketing material development.6 Compliance & EthicsAdherence to Procedures, Reporting, Ethical Conduct Adhere to working schedules and instructions provided by the company. Report incidents or concerns promptly to the line manager. Uphold Diversey's Code of Ethics and Conduct at all times. In case of tight scheduling, flexible to work on weekends, when required.AuthoritiesTake over responsibilities of the line manager in their absence. Make decisions in coordination with the Administrator for quotes and customer-related matters when necessary. Exercise full authority in making technical decisions during project or service delivery. Report any unethical conduct within the department to the line manager or top management when required. This reorganization emphasizes the critical aspects related to Food Safety & Quality Management Systems and the consultant and auditor's responsibilities within Diversey Consulting.Reporting to the leader for Diversey Consulting MENA, the role focuses on food safety projects, delivered in the UAE and possibly in its export countries, in the form of audits, training, or consulting.
