The Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for improving payment features in mobile apps.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with business partners to explore new business opportunities and services for expanding App applications.
• Manage projects, including liaison with internal and external parties, project execution and monitoring.
• Take up the role as the product manager of App and be accountable for the KPIs and P&L.
• Manage the Faster Payment Service (FPS) in App with banks and relevant parties.
• Keep updated on regulatory requirements and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to ensure the product and services are in compliance with the requirements.
• Collect market information and provide update to management on the product trend and development for online and mobile service.
• Devise product plans/ explore potential applications to bring additional revenue streams for long term business growth.
• Work closely with different teams to enhance user experience of App.
• Prepare business cases and financial analysis for new business initiatives.
Requirements:
• University or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Around 7 years of experience in product development, digital transformation, preferably gained from banking, electronic payment, or mobile services industry
• Strong knowledge in payment and digital solution development and rollout mobile payment, CRM, web technologies and various technical development approaches
• Proven track record in project management, RFP, and tendering, vendor management and agreement vetting
• Good business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A team player with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneur mind-set
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
