Good business thinking and be familiar with the characteristics of ISV/SAAS products and services, and fully understand the application scenarios of ISV/SAAS products and services. 4. Certain industry knowledge to build partners' solutions based on Alibaba Cloud's industry/vertical field from the perspective of the industry and Alibaba Cloud business needs. 5. Solid documentation skill to deposit a systematic technical document library based on the input of partners, and build best practice in vertical fields based on partner programs. 6. Proactive work attitude and communication skills, resource coordination ability, able to bear pressure, willing to travel when needed
The main responsibility of Alibaba Cloud International Business ISV Solution Architect (ISV SA) is to cooperate with ISV/SAAS BD to expand ISV/SAAS and its SI & MSP. Responsible for the design, communication, integration, testing and launch of the overall technical solution in the process of ISV/SAAS expansion, cooperate with the internal operation and sales team to complete the operation and promotion of ISV/SAAS products and solutions. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end technical engagements during the onboard of ISV/SAAS partners, including the overall solution architecture design, technical communication, system integration, solution testing and launch. Responsible for the communication with partner technical team to complete the technical support work on the partner side during the service launch process. Responsible for developing technical solutions for partner products and preparing relevant solution materials for business development and sales support. Responsible for coordinating internal resources to complete the launch and sale of partner products and services, and cooperate with ISV/SAAS BD, as well as various Alibaba Cloud business teams to complete the work of launch, sale and marketing. Cooperate with ISV/SAAS BDs to jointly accomplish the business goals to expand ISV/SAAS partners and their SIs. Cooperate with ISV/SAAS BDs and regional BDs, actively participate in business negotiation in the process of partner expansion and customer expansion, and provide technical solutions
