The Role: This is a new team working on a Greenfield project, but they sit in a large, process intensive business.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating the technical design, development, and operation of information systems and technology solutions
• Lead a team of Developers and Operations, Independent Contractors and Software Vendor Programmers (onsite and offsite)
• Manage the design, development, testing and documentation of complex projects on both an enterprise and small scale
• Manage the software lifecycle from development and transition into operations
• Work in close association with the Product Manager by taking the end to end accountability of technology solutions
Looking For:
• Experience in a Development Manager and/or DevOps role which has incorporated the management of a team and external resources.
• Solid Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Lifecycle Management experience
• Strong communicator that can engage with a variety of stakeholders and represent the team in various forums.
• Familiar and comfortable working in a heavy processes business
• Greenfield experience
