Job Description
We are currently looking to add a full-time mid to senior level UX/UI designer to our collaborative and innovative Product Management Team.
The right individual for this position will love thinking through workflows from an user’s perspective and will enjoy collaborating with others (internal and external) to iterate on ideas in order to meet the ultimate shared goal: To create an awesome and intuitive in-app experience.
This individual will be able to balance their ability to hit the ground running (by creating familiar workflows in an established and beloved product) while also bringing in and advocating for a fresh perspective where advantageous to users.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create sketches, wireframes and lo-fi mockups
• Gather feedback on designs
• Create high fidelity prototypes
• Coordinate and collaborate with client services, engineering, and clients throughout the UX lifecycle
• Assist in developing, documenting, and iterating on company’s UX strategy and UI patterns
• Participating in daily scrum meetings, release retros, and other team meetings.
Given this team's current level of in-person collaboration, candidates local to the Chicagoland area that can be in office between 3 and 5 days per week will be given priority. Remote candidates with healthtech specific experience may be a good fit as well.
Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Experience with Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence
• Positive and optimistic attitude
• Experience with Axure or Figma
• Demonstrated ability to think through user workflows within an established product
• Bachelor’s degree OR ability to demonstrate mastery of programming fundamentals from years of experience
• 3-5 years experience with a SaaS product in the Healthcare space
