You are a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer with a knack for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing designs that resonate with users. You are adept at translating brand guidelines into functional, developer-ready deliverables. Your expertise in Figma, especially with variables for colors and fonts, allows for seamless integration with development theming. You thrive in fast-paced environments, driving your work independently and proactively.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Develop practical, high-fidelity UX/UI designs that align with established brand guidelines and are optimized for development.
Translate conceptual visions into tangible, maintainable design deliverables, mitigating the risk of development delays.
Conduct and participate in user testing to refine designs based on direct user feedback, ensuring the product meets real-world needs.
Employ an iterative design process, adjusting designs based on technical constraints and user insights while maintaining brand consistency.

A solid portfolio showcasing your experience with UX/UI design, particularly in creating developer-ready assets.
Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of how to implement design systems using variables.
Experience in working with brand guidelines and the ability to extend them creatively.

The ability to work autonomously, managing your workflow to meet project timelines and objectives.
