- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Multimedia Design or related courses
- Portfolio showcasing strategy & digital design works
- Strong understanding of design principles and information architecture
- Practices the design thinking framework and related methodologies for designstrategy & ideation
- Takes the initiative to learn and build expertise
- Bold enough to introduce new ideas and concepts
- Self-driven; able to own projects from start to finish
