Architects (Information & Communication Technology) Role: Senior AI Specialist, Future Secure AI Grab a seat at the table. We're looking for an experienced full-time Senior AI Specialist to join us to build the product and platform. About us Future Secure AI is an early-stage tech company based in Sydney, Australia. The company is a Joint Venture with a large global financial institution, but all management is done by experienced and entrepreneurial co-founders (no bureaucracy that sometimes comes being in a large enterprises). But unlike most early-stage companies, we have deep relationships with large global enterprises and are working with them directly to deploy AI agents within their environments. Our key belief is that as AI capabilities continue to improve, there will be both a proliferation and specialisation of AI players and platforms that offer distinct capabilities that organisations need to tap into. We are focussed on enabling enterprise customers to deploy a diverse and dynamic range of AI agents from multiple third-party platforms (including models, LLMs, micro-services and even orchestration layers) through their own secure and scalable buy-side platform. Importantly, we are working within our enterprise customers' own technical environments. About the role As the Senior AI Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and staying on top of the latest approaches in AI for RAG, LLMs, AI agents, creating and deploying AI digital agents. You will also report directly to the co-founders and work together to work with client technical teams, partner technical teams and internal team members to build out the technology solution and platforms. Your key responsibilities are: Technology Vision and Strategy: Stay ahead of technology trends in AI and AI digital workers. Help build out the architecture and new approaches and 'get your hands dirty' in building the product Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support expansion (recruit) of the technology team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Product Development: Support the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge AI agents and AI digital workers. Ensure products meet high-quality standards and customer needs. Research and Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other team members to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology risks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy. You'll need the ability to frequently switch between deep detail (e.g., understanding and developing code) while keeping the broader business strategy and product in mind. What you'll get to do Work on leading edge AI products with large global clients Identify new partners and products to integrate into, such as new LLMs, AI models, major vendors and new and emerging vendors Implement machine learning models and algorithms for AI agents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications and systems Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Drive the thought process around how to best incorporate new features and APIs with multiple platforms, all operating in large enterprise environments Lead with deep user empathy and a passion for sweating the details What we're looking for Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, React, Java, or C++ Strong experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Solid understanding of AI concepts including natural language processing, machine learning, and neural networks Solid understanding of LangChain and other AI Agent frameworks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies Impeccable follow-through and attention to detail.
