Job Title: QA Analyst
Location: Dubai, UAE
FYI is seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our groundbreaking app meets the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the development team to implement and maintain automated testing processes, helping to identify issues before they reach the end-users.
• *Responsibilities**:
2. Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects, working closely with the development team to ensure prompt resolution and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. Log issues with clearly written steps and follow rigorous reporting guidelines.
3. Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other QAs to understand product requirements, collaborate on test strategies, and ensure complete test coverage.
4. Help to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and comprehensive testing.
5. Continuously monitor and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing automated test suite, refining and enhancing as necessary to address evolving requirements and maintain best practices.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, relentlessly pursuing quality-focused initiatives that will ultimately lead to an outstanding user experience for our customers.
7. Stay current on the latest advancements in test automation tools, technologies, and methodologies, making recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
8. Develop, maintain, and enhance test documentation to support efficient and effective knowledge transfer, both within the QA team and across the broader organization.
• *Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Between 2-5 years of experience in QA, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining automation test frameworks and tools.
3. Experienced in using test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, etc.).
6. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to seamlessly interface with team members and stakeholders of all levels.
7. A self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities, while still thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
