Currently, we are looking for a Tech Lead - Java for our project based in Singapore
Responsibilities
• Strong leadership experience in guiding teams in designing and development of web applications
• Experience in providing solutions to architecture level issues
• Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements in order to meet user/business requirements
• Handle development/design projects using Java, J2EE, Oracle, JavaScript, Struts, Spring, WebSphere
• Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems IN ORDER TO meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems
• Guiding the team with best coding practices, doing code reviews and provides functional and technical help
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of experience
• Strong Skills on JAVA, AJAX, Java Script, Jquery ,ORACLE SQL, Multithreading, JMS, MQ and webservices, Web application development experience
• Experience of working with any one of the application servers like Webshpere, JBOSS, Weblogic
• Should have experience on at least one web framework
• Ability to interpret / write specs and develop the code
• Knowledge of Java Secure coding practices
• Strong understanding of SVN or other version control tool, Deployment tools like Jenkins, code review tools like SONAR
• Experience in solving performance related issue in Java & Oracle SQL
• Understanding & working experience in Unix & LINUX OS
• Strong Understanding of complete software lifecycle
