Role and Responsibilities:
As a Java BigData Lead / Architect - you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust data solutions that leverage Java technologies and the Snowflake cloud data platform. Key responsibilities include:
Architecture Design:
Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures using Java and Snowflake.
Develop solutions that align with business requirements, performance goals, and industry best practices.
Java Development:
Lead Java development efforts, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality and maintainable Java code.
Snowflake Implementation:
Architect and implement data solutions using the Snowflake cloud data platform. Utilize Snowflake features such as data warehousing, data lakes, and integration with other cloud services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Java Lead with expertise in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Strong proficiency in Java development, including Java EE or Spring frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of database design, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
